The quote "When one teaches, two learn" is attributed to Robert Heinlein, meaning that when
someone teaches another person, the teacher also learns something in the process. This is very well
demonstrated when our students interacted with the children of Carmel Bal Vihar.

Each One Teach One has enhanced learning through teaching and taking on the role of a teacher. It
developed leadership skills along with planning, organisation and accountability. This project
helped the students by developing strong communication and leadership skills, fostering empathy
and collaboration, building confidence in their abilities, and gaining a greater appreciation for the
value of active learning; all while contributing positively to the community through applied
knowledge.
